On-site Management Services
124 Court LLC has owned the InfoTech Center property since December, 1997. The Partners have been involved in the downtown New Haven Real Estate marketplace since 1994.

Through other entities, they have completed a massive multi-year renovation of the landmark Taft Apartments and Center Court Apartments. The Group has recently completed the successful renovation and lease up of two High Tech locations in Manhattan's Silicon Alley. The Infotech Center @ New Haven is self managed by the Owners. As a result, the Team is well equipped to swiftly react to questions and requests. The Management Team brings over 60 years of combined commercial, retail and residential experience to the efficient facilities management of Infotech. An on site Management office staffed by a full time Property Manager is available to serve the day to day needs of all tenants. A dedicated in-house Maintenance Team is at your service to insure that all requests for service are promptly attended to.

The heart of downtown New Haven is a perfect location for start up businesses because of the proximity to a world class university and educated labor pool. Walk to great museums and an array of terrific restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets.

Lease Terms
Flexible lease terms are offered to accommodate the needs of growing companies. The minimum lease term available is one year. If your space needs change before the expiration of the term of the lease, the Infotech Management will accommodate your needs within the building structure.

As an option, rents may be available on a sliding scale depending on optional ownership participation level offered to The Infotech Center with the maximum rent charged at $12.00 per gross foot, triple net. A $3.50 per gross square foot common area maintenance fee (CAM) covers the heating, air conditioning and basic janitorial services.
