The Infotech Center has been designed with the
small and start up company in mind. Open floor
plans and overhead cable trays insure the flexbilty
of office layouts.

Controlled
Access
To receive visitors, each suite is equipped with a hard
wired intercom. Employee access is provided by a state
of the art Corby data chip system- with a panel conveniently
located at the main entrance. Controlled access is available
24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Elevator
Access
A 2000 lb Otis elevator provides access to all to all
levels of The Infotech Center. A full service contract
is maintained with Otis Elevator to insure dependable
service.
High
Tech Communications Options
From Fiber Optic to DSL…..Its location, location
location at The Infotech Center!. Positioned next to
the SBC technical facility and switch, all services
are available at tenant expense.
250 pair of cable have been made available at the first
floor of Infotech. Its just a short, inexpensive run
from the utility closet to the cable trays in the individual
suites to get phone sevice up an running.
Climate
Control
All heating and air conditioning is included! Suites
100-105, and Suites 201-204 are furnished with area
thermostats controlled by management. Suites 106-
110 offer tenant controlled perimeter units. |
